RJH Commercial Consulting Ltd. offers a professional and, if necessary, reactive service to Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Employers and Construction Consultancies of all types.

Richard HildrickOur experience encompasses both building and civil engineering projects, along with the specialised fields of mechanical, electrical, process and structural engineering. We have provided long term commercial services on a complex engineering project valued at £45 Million, as well as many short term remits to assist Clients in resolving disputes involving as little as £10,000.

In particular, many construction businesses, who may not be in a position to retain commercial or dispute resolution expertise in-house, can benefit either from the one-off intervention of our consultants’ experience and commercial acumen, or from regular support designed to strengthen the organisation’s commercial procedures and contract administration.

Our proprietor/lead consultant has in excess of 25 years’ commercial experience in the industry, having occupied positions ranging from Quantity Surveyor up to Commercial Director with major national contracting organisations. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience in the dispute resolution field, particularly adjudication, backed by appropriate construction law and professional construction industry qualifications.

This unique combination of construction industry experience and qualifications, coupled with dispute resolution experience and appropriate construction law qualifications, enables us to respond proactively to the commercial needs of your business, whatever they may be.

Fundamentally, the aim of RJH Commercial Consulting Ltd. is to steer their Clients’ businesses to commercial success, whatever the challenge faced.
